The US Virgin Islands are small, mountainous islands that are lush and blue. It is warm here virtually year round and a great place to travel for US citizens that don’t have a passport. We spent 6 weeks exploring St Thomas and St John. We spent most mornings snorkeling at the beach and really grew to love the islands.

St John is full of the most picturesque beaches in the world. There are great snorkeling spots all around the island, but Salt Pond Bay felt like a hidden gem. It is a little out of the way from the more touristy beaches, but worth the beautiful drive for the incredible fish and corals.
